🌟 Introducing Our Project Partner: KULeuven Biosensors group 🌟

It is with great delight that we present to you the KU Leuven Biosensors group as a key partner in the PCR4ALL project. With their expertise in microfluidics for point-of-care (POC) applications, the Biosensors group is indispensable in conceptualizing and optimizing core elements of the massive sample collection efforts, required for the success of the project.

🔬 Focus Area: Development of POC Technology

The biosensors group is developing a point of care device that is intuitive to use and easy to integrate in an automated workflow. This technology will allow for safe sample collection, transportation, and processing, while ensuring optimal sensitivity in diagnostic outcomes. These aspects are all key in massively upscaling our current diagnostic throughput, and therefore in improving our understanding of – and defenses against – any potential upcoming global pandemics.

🌍 Together with our partners, PCR-4-ALL is setting the stage for a transformative future in diagnostics, research, and beyond. Stay tuned for more updates on our journey! 🚀
